When you email COLUMN, we receive the contact details and project information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, understand the potential project and keep an appropriate record of our conversation.

The project enquiry form

The form on this website prepares an email on your device. It does not save the form contents to this website or a separate database. Nothing is sent until you choose to send the prepared email from your own email application.

Who receives it

Project enquiries are sent to hello@columndesign.co.uk and are handled by COLUMN. We do not sell personal information or add enquirers to marketing lists without permission.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising cookies, marketing trackers or third-party analytics. Essential hosting and security technology may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it remains useful for the potential or active business relationship and any reasonable legal or record-keeping requirements. You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete it where no legal reason requires retention.
