Working internal product · Private systemReal workflows. One focused workspace.
A private web application designed from inside a working insurance reinstatement business — bringing active claims, daily jobs, job sheets, trades and operational reminders into one coherent system.

The challenge
Make the real value
easier to see.
Critical information was spread across schedules, messages, folders and manual follow-up. Claims needed to be organised by supplier, trades needed a clear view of today's work, and site evidence needed to stay attached to the right job.
The approach
Structure before
decoration.
The product was shaped around the working day rather than a generic software template. Supplier-led claim views, role-aware jobs, structured photo categories, job sheets and vehicle reminders were designed as connected parts of the same operational picture.
The result
A clearer way
forward.
A working internal platform that gives the team one place to see what is active, what happens today and what needs attention next. Because it handles private operational information, the live product is not publicly accessible.
